Market conditions have been average over the past few months’ with the ASX200 trading sideways since June.
A mixed earning season and also global uncertainty with North Korea and Trump have weighed heavily on the market.
It’s been frustrating for traders, with very few stocks running with great movement; however EquitySmart has brought up some great trades on the scanner in this difficult period.

Ainsworth Game Technology (ASX: AGI) Appeared in the EquitySmart scan on the 7th of March and has gained +30.17% to date (28/08/2017).
Price was finding resistance around $1.90 from March to the start of May where it finally broke through and moved sharply higher for the next month, creating a new resistance level around $2.49.
That’s a price increase from $1.79 to $2.33 ($0.54)
The ASX200 (ASX: XJO) was down -0.89% for the same period.
The A2 Milk Company Limited (ASX: A2M) Appeared in the EquitySmart scan on the 13th of June and has gained +55.35% to date (28/08/2017).
A2M has had a lot of attention with its exports to China boosting the share price to record highs. A2M found resistance around $3.82 in early July before breaking out on the 26th of July and moved sharply higher to make a peak of $5.37 on the 28th of August.
That’s a price increase from $3.27 to $5.08 ($1.81)
The ASX200 (ASX: XJO) was down -1.09% for the same period.
BUBS Australia Limited (ASX: BUB) appeared in the EquitySmart scan on the 10th of May and has gained +341.94% to date (28/08/2017).
BUBS are a baby food producer and were recently listed on the ASX this year for $0.12 per share. The share price traded sideways for most of the year before finding a new resistance at $0.162 in May before breaking out mid-June, moving up a whopping 341.94% making an absolute high of 0.96 in August.
That’s a price increase from $0.155 to $0.685 ($0.53)
The ASX200 (ASX: XJO) was down -2.82% for the same period.
Flight Centre Limited (ASX: FLT) appeared in the EquitySmart scan on the 23rd of June and has gained +28.63% to date (28/08/2017).
Flight Centre has taken flight this year following a similar path to Qantas which has had a boost from lower oil prices. Flight Centre had a strong resistance level around $37.62 in May/June before breaking out and moving higher to make a new resistance level around $49.83.
That’s a price increase from $38.46 to $49.47 ($11.01)
The ASX200 (ASX: XJO) was down -0.10% for the same period.
